How to reach us

Thirty minutes. We’ll tell you whether the rule reaches your facility, what it requires of you, and what we would do about it.

The call

What we’ll cover

Before the call we send a mutual NDA and a short questionnaire about your facility, so the call can be about your situation rather than generalities.

The first half is yours: whether the rule reaches this facility, what the deadlines actually are, what happens if a Plan is not filed in time, and how an outside officer works in practice.

The second half is ours. How many sites you operate, whether you hold a Facility Security Plan or run under an Alternative Security Program, and who else needs to be part of the decision. That is what lets us tell you what the work would look like at your facility rather than in general.

Afterwards

What happens next

We send a written summary of what the rule requires of your facility, and a proposal covering the scope, the price and the schedule. Most facilities take that to someone else before deciding, so it is written to be forwarded.

If you want to go ahead, we send the engagement letter and a short acknowledgment covering Sensitive Security Information. Work begins and your officer is designated once the first payment clears.

Commitment

What it commits you to

Nothing. There is no proposal fee and no obligation to proceed. If the rule does not reach your facility, we will tell you so and the call ends there.

By email

If you would rather write

Send a note and we will answer it. Some questions are faster in writing, and a question with a specific detail in it usually gets a better answer that way.

Not ready for a call

Ten questions, about two minutes. It runs in your browser and your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to send them.
