The Check
The ten questions run in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted while you answer them, and you can confirm that in your browser’s network tab. If you share your result, the link carries your ten answers as position numbers and a contract tag, and nothing else: no name, no company, no contact details. A link’s fragment is never sent to a server, so even we do not receive the answers in a shared link unless you send them to us.
If you send us your result
The form at the end of the Check is the only place this site asks for anything about you. If you complete it we receive your name, your company, your email address, the phone number if you give one, and the ten answers. We use them to reply to you. We do not sell them, we do not share them with anyone outside this firm, and we do not add you to a list.
The form is connected. What you send is stored in a private spreadsheet on Google Workspace, readable only by us, and nothing else on this site writes to it.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data on Google’s infrastructure, under Google’s terms. We use it to see how many people arrive and how far they get. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not load fonts, scripts or images from anyone else: everything else this site serves, it serves itself.
If you write to us we keep the message so we can answer it.
Your data
If you have sent the form or written to us, we hold what you sent. Ask at contact [at] breakwatercybercorp [dot] com and we will send you a copy, or delete it, within fourteen days. Deleting it means removing your row from the spreadsheet and recording the date in a deletion log; there is no other copy.
When this changes
If we ever collect more than the above, this page says so before the change goes live, and names what is collected. That is how the analytics on this page were introduced.
